| 1.1 | Barrow Buy does not accept liability for any loss or damages caused by this website, or any website linked to this website. |
| 1.2 | Barrow Buy reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order at anytime without giving reason. We will make all reasonable effort to contact the customer using the details provided and all received monies will be refunded using the method received. |
| 2. | ORDERING METHOD |
| 2.1 | Barrow Buy’s website offer on-line purchasing. We do not offer sales by any other means. |
| 3. | CURRENCY |
| 3.1 | The nominated currency used for all transactions within Barrow Buy’s site is Australian Dollars (AUD$). |
| 3.2 | All prices displayed on Barrow Buy’s website (www.barrowbuy.com.au) could be in AUD$ and fully inclusive of all taxes. |
| 4 | GST (Australian domestic Goods and Services Tax). |
| 4.1 | All Australian domestic customers and deliveries sent to Australian delivery addresses from the website (www.barrowbuy.com.au) could be subject to Australian GST. |
| 4.2 | The rate of Australian GST is 10%. |
| 4.3 | When Australian goods are exported (sent to a delivery address outside Australia) then the GST component of the price will be removed and the export price will be exclusive of GST. |
| 5 | SHIPPING RATES |
| 5.1 | Shipping rates may vary or be waived as part of promotions or sales on the website and the part or fully discounted shipping may cease at any time at the discretion of Barrow Buy. |
| 5.2 | Barrow Buy reserves the right to change any or all of the following, at any time: |

| 6.1 | Standard Australia Post – Free |
| 6.2 | Superior Post charges as indicated on the checkout page |
| 7 | INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING |

| 8 | DISPATCH OF ORDERS |
| 8.1 | Orders are normally dispatched within 1-5 business days of Order Confirmation subject to all ordered items being in stock. |
| 8.2 | If any items cannot be fulfilled from your order we will contact you via email. |
| 9 | ACCEPTANCE OF GOODS |
| 9.1 | On receiving the order the customer is responsible for inspecting the goods for fault or damage. |
| 9.2 | Should the items ordered not be of acceptable quality, it is the customer’s responsibility to notify Barrow Buy, as soon as possible. Please see Returns & Exchanges Policy for more information. |
| 10 | PRICING |
| 10.1 | Barrow Buy reserves the right to change prices without notice. |
| 10.2 | All prices and orders are displayed and processed in Australia Dollars (AUD) and could include Goods and Services Tax (10% GST) for all orders being delivered within Australia. |
| 10.3 | Customers having orders delivered outside Australia are exporting the goods and therefore shall not subject to the GST and this component will be removed automatically prior to final calculation for payment. |
| 11 | RETURNS OR EXCHANGES |
| 11.1 | We welcome an exchange, credit note or full refund on online orders within 7 days of purchase provided the tax invoice can be produced, the original tags are attached and items are returned in unused condition. |
| 11.2 | To ensure you receive your preferred exchange choice, credit note or refund, please email info@barrowbuy.com.au with your name, contact details, invoice/receipt number and details of your requirements. If your product choice is out of stock, a credit note or refund will be issued. |

| 11.4 | Barrow Buy reserves the right to determine whether a product is faulty and conduct a production and quality check. If deemed faulty by Barrow Buy a replacement item will be shipped where possible subject to stock availability or a credit note issued. PLEASE NOTE: a) Barrow Buy will not be held responsible if there is a delay in delivery. b) Customers will be responsible for the return shipping and handling charge. c) For faulty or damaged goods, please include a copy of your postage receipt. If the product is deemed faulty after review we will then credit the cost of postage back to you. d) You need to send the original or a copy of receipt with you order. e) In the event that your product is lost in transit, Barrow Buy will not be held liable and therefore recommends that you send all returns via Register Post. f) We ask that you allow 14 business days from the day you return your package for your account to be credited. |
| 12 | ORDER CANCELLATIONS |
| 12.1 | Orders may be cancelled only in the instance where the order has not yet reached the packing stage. |
| 13 | TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS |
| 13.1 | In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, Barrow Buy reserves the right to withdraw an item from sale, and to refuse or cancel orders. |
| 13.2 | Barrow Buy will make all reasonable effort to contact the customer using the details provided and all received monies will be refunded using the method received. This means that the credit card used to purchase the goods would be the destination of any credit that may be applicable. |
